Commercial-Focused, Multi-Family, Insurance Disaster Restoration Firm actively looking to fill a Business-to-Business Sales Professional with a Regional or National Book of Business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Commercial-Focused, Business Developer: Business-to-Business, Sales Professional who has demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new business with Property Managers, HOA’s, Assisted Living Facilities, Schools, Universities, and other commercial end-users to develop business in the Maryland market.

You are a highly skilled, and successful hunter who has developed relationships with decision makers. You possess an energetic and engaging personality, and are self-motivated, and very comfortable meeting new people! ABOUT THE POSITION:

Your primary focus will be selling our full-service (Mitigation and Reconstruction) insurance restoration services (Fire, Water, Wind, Mold, and Contents) to Property Managers, Assisted Living Facilities, Schools, Universities and other Commercial End-Users in the Southern Florida market. This is also an opportunity to expand or build on your existing book of business if you have national contacts.

COMPENSATION:

· This position offers a base salary and an aggressive bonus/commission structure

Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) five or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Book of Business with Property Managers, Assisted Living Communities, Universities, Schools

· Track record of commercial outside sales (preferably in the Insurance Restoration Industry)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Meet or exceed sales quota by implementing the sales cycle, setting up face-to-face meetings and participating in professional associations

· Build customer relationships and rapport by discussing the benefits of emergency event preparation

· Encourage referrals to Increase sales territory revenue

· Maintain up to date, detailed records for all prospects and customers

· Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls, and doing follow-up visits

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
